Receiving Error Code 7012

.: Hello. I am running Avast on my MacBook, and recently, every time I power up, I am getting the following error message:

Error
Communication with Avast failed
Error code: 7012
Error ident: Cannot read Avast account info from service.
-----------------

I have no idea what this means or how to correct it. Can anyone help, please?

  could you please attach a screenshot (CMD + SHIFT + 4) and /var/log/system.log?
