Refund?

I'm only 2 months into my paid subscription, now the app is 'free for all' and it no longer has a firewall, nor can I find a way to scan SD cards, and even though I'm a paid subscriber I get annoying adds every time I open the app.

Is there a way to get my subscription money back!  Kind of a rip off to sell subscriptions and then two months later say, my bad it's free for all and you have adds and a nerfed app as well!

Just a little agitated.

You need to submit a ticket with your request/question.

Hi,

all users that purchased premium should receive emails in the next days with information about the license status. Basically your subscription will be cancelled so we won't charge you anymore and you'll be given complementary license for SecureLine (more info in the email).

I received the email yesterday & it said nothing about a refund, just that they were canceling the subscriptions. This kind of pissed me off, I didn't know it was going free (I bought my first phone on the 19th and bought Avast Subscription on the 22nd.)

There is no refund.
