avast customer page

i recently renew my subscription to avast & i was sent to nexway's avast customer page. i have tried to access it the last few days & the page refuses to recgonize my email address. i have sent emails telling them of the problem i am having.they never responded.i hope you can fix the problem & tell nexway not to ignore your customers.

Not sure what it is that you need to access the Nexway page for, you could try to find your information here:
You could also check to see if your Order number can be found at https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=avast.
