How to certify my application for Avast

Hi!

I work at a softhouse in Brazil and have a question for you.
Our software installer had been advised by Avast as a threat, but it is not.
Is there a way to certify it for Avast (and others antivirus solutions too)?

What malware name does avast give when detecting ?

Often digitally signing your files already is solving things.
