Can't get Avast Passwords extension on Firefox
« on: February 06, 2016, 11:44:58 PM »
When Firefox opens, it says I need to open the "Install Add-On" tab and click to accept. What the hell is the "Install Add-On" tab and how do I get it to open? I can go to the Add-Ons Manager (which opens in a new tab), but nothing shows up for me to accept.

I also searched for Avast Passwords in the Add-On Manager but nothing popped up.

Help!

This what pops up in the tab when Firefox opens:

To use Avast Passwords, you need to accept our extension on your browser. To do this, please:

Switch to the "Install Add-on" tab
Check the box "Allow this installation"
    Press "Continue"

I have no idea what to do from here...

Hi!

I have the very same problem, speciffically there's no "Install Add-on" tab to switch to.
Things are pretty weird, since after installing as per the Youtube video, „My Avast” site detects no Avast Online Security plugin, yet it is installed and enabled.
