Avast Secure Line

Comprei a licença para utilização do Secure Line, tanto para o pc quanto para o android. No entanto só estou conseguindo validar a mesma no celular. Paguei e estou me sentindo prejudicado pela empresa. O que devo fazer? Tenho todos os documentos registrados. >:(
