OK, the FileRep alerts are based on reputation, something from an unknown source or not very well known program and probably not digitally signed.
I can't see the complete file name, but the URL (sub-folder) does look a bit random.
That said I don't know what download option you chose, but I wouldn't signin just to test the download. That only leaves the Alternative Download and if you just hover over that link - it has a massive URL - then you can see it is a download tracker. So I can't see the source, so I wasn't going to proceed. But as Eddy mention it appears to come bundled with other programs/apps.
