Official language on this forum is english. This is the main reason.
I know spanish is commonly used language in these days but most of people still prefer english since it's, well a bit close to everyone (especially in europe).

Exactly and others people needs to understand these posts and replies. English is not our native language (most of us in this forum), but still it's a language much more people understand that if we write in Italian, French or Spanish language.

Besides, not many forum regulars speak or understand Spanish, so you wouldn't be able to receive adequate help/assistance.  ;)

Cheers !

Since this is the avast! forum, they are the ones who determined the official language.

You could always start your own forum and make it's official language Spanish. ;D ;D

Hello viBlast,

Well for one English is the lingua franca of to-day. And we all know there are more Spanish-speaking people in the world, but it is like it is, maybe Spanish will be one day in the futura. Whenever you decide to have your forum in Spanish, link through to us occasionally, so we could be informed what happens there. I for one can read it and with a little help de-cipher it, because I learned French at school and latin languages resemble each other, but if I wrote in Polish you could not read it, so it is with a lot of our English-speaking folks too,

Con dios,

polonus

There is a forum in Czech language(well not strange at all considering ALWIL is based in Czech Republic).... http://forum.asw.cz/
But i am sure everybody would like avast forum in their own language right?Me i am used to having to communicate in foreign languages as i am from a small country of just 2 million so there aren't exactly alot of people that speak my language around the world hehe.

cheers
