Email notifications not working

they only work for Business? yes/no?
The free app does not send emails? yes/no?

There is no business version of anti-theft.
There is only the free application.

If a message is send on a event and how depend on the settings you have selected.

As you can see from the screenshot I've enabled it to send email messages on any event:

But not a single email message was sent to me.

So instead of helping me fix the issue I should post a new thread per every question?
