This is rubbish support, I have had this problem today and written to ask it to be sorted out. I am vastly unhappy. Why can't AVAST get their act together or are they just so big now that they don't care about taking money on false pretences. Up until today I liked AVAST now I am massively upset.

What is your problem/question ?

All you have to do is replacing Easypass with avast passwords.

If you have created a support ticket, you just need to have a little patience.

easy pass is out, passwords in. I get that. My easypass is not working correctly on windows 10. and i am trying to figure out who to call or message to cancel the subscription. Love avast security, loved easy pass, but if they are no longer together.... i need a product i pay for to have suppport.
