this is completely weird but why is Avast blocking regular website?

The site isn't blocked, the message say's server error "site is down"

If it was blocked by Avast you would get a pop-up.

The site is not blocked by avast and opens without a problem for me.

The site was probably temporarily down and is now back up. Nothing unusual.
