closing pdf documents in paymode
« on: February 25, 2016, 07:26:14 PM »
Within my online bank account I can access a pdf document pertaining to my credit card statement. Opening this pdf document within SafeZone (paymode enabled) gives no problem, but if I forget to properly close down the pdf document and instead logout of my bank account and then close down SafeZone, my computer freezes up and a black box the (physical) size of the pdf document gets stuck to the desktop. Ctl-Alt -del brings up the option of selecting the task manager, but to no avail, task manager doesn't open up (I have no problem starting up the task manager from a Ctrl-Alt-Del in other situations not involving SafeZone). The only option is to switch the computer off at the mains and restart.

This is a consistent issue - it will happen every time that I forget to close down the pdf document.

It's not an issue for me now because I will remember to properly close the pdf document before closing SafeZone, but I guess it needs to be looked at.

I am on Windows 7 64bit.

Hi len7,

thanks for the report.

This is definitely not good behavior. We will try to reproduce it on our side.
