Weak browser?
« on: February 14, 2016, 12:54:03 PM »
Greetings all!

Just a question, am I the only one with slowdowns at twitter, every animated image, and even  a total crash of the computer, not bein able to simply restart?

Now, i'm wonderin if the 32 bit version I got as the SafeZone is the right for my 64 bits sytem, and if that's linked....

What OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
Any other security (related) software installed ? (or was there)
If the system crashes, what is the error code ?

If your system can handle 64 bit it doesn't mean all software is 64 bit.
In fact most is still 32 bit (like avast).
If software mention it is 64 bit, it basically means only that it can run a 64 bit system.

Did you use the McAfee removal tool ?

Errors and such can be found in the Windows log files.

Hi Johyn

please describe step by step what you do until the crash occur.

How the crash looks like? Is whole OS frozen or SZBrowser is closed unexpectedly? Can you run some other apps when it happens?

Thanks
