restoring not working to new phone

hello guys,

I lost my phone the last week, and the new just arrived today, but i can't restore may backed up data.
On the avast website is see the backed up data (old phone C2105, new phone ALE-L21):

                       

But on my fresh mobile, is only se just the new phone as source:

                     

I can found any settings or possibility to download the backed up data...
The old phone was a Sony xperia L (Android 4.2), The new is a Huawei P8 Lite (Android 5.0.5).

Is there som trick to do this?
If I browse the backed up data and set the new phone as destination, the site is trying, and after a few minutes give up (cant connect to your device...)

Any solutions? I am having similar problem :(

EDIT 14.03.16:
I submitted ticket to Avast Support and they said that they are aware of bug. After short talk, they informed me that

So we should get it working until 20. maybe 21. March. I am looking forward because I need this few thousands of SMS restored.

We know this. But still, Avast programmers broke Mobile Backup after it has been discontinued. They need to fix this as soon as possible. Besides this, it is necessary to allow people restore their backups for long time after this service got discontinued. That is what big IT companies do. Support assured me, that they are working on fixing it. They said, that they should release patch around end of last week. Avast, we are waiting for a month or so already!

I checked today and restoring seems working. Thanks guys.
