windows update turning on

Hi
my avast keeps turning my windows update back on i do not want it on and every day i have to go back in to the update to turn it off dose anyone know how to stop avast from doing this ??? >:( >:(

How do you know it is avast that turn it on?
Why do you not want windows update on?

i just reinstalled windows and its the same as before but i got a pop up last time that allowed me to stop avast,i do not want windows update on to avoid the garbage from windows 10 that there putting into win 7, there is really no need for there updates (microsoft)

The question was already asked : What makes you think it's Avast turning on the Windows Updates ???
Please answer that question and give us some information that shows this is Avast related.
I run Windows 10 and updates are turned off and on through the Windows settings. Avast doesn't control Windows Updates.

Thats easy bob the frist thing i did was turn windows update off , the second thing i did was log in and install avast then after every reboot windows updates turned back on just like on the old hard drive untill avast asked me about windows updates and i was able to turn that feature off in avast im just unable to find where it is in avast again ! or untill or if avast asks me about it again,

I have updates for everything turned off, unless i do it manualy its the only way i update things

That was very likely a warning about a new Windows update because not many people had downloaded it at that moment.
But as Bob said, avast has nothing to do with Windows enabling/disabling the Windows automatic updates.

Do you have any other security (related) software installed ?

guys i know its not supposed to have anything to do with it but it dose this is the second rig of mine that its turning it on all i can say is when i find it again i hope sooner then later ill post it to show, I do appreciate you guys taking time to read my post and offer help i just would like to say thank you anyways
