License Issue

I have one client that will will not pickup a license from the Avast management server. I would like to manually import the license on the client, but I am not able to find it in my Avast Edu Portal. I can only find a way to "Get a new license", which just wants me to purchase additional licenses. Also, I could not find a way to export it from the management server either. So... How can I manually license a client???
