Hi, has anyone seem a problem where the single character memorable name fields on the verified by visa screen get treated as individual password fields requiring a new password. (key icon displayed). all that should be entered is a single character asked for at random by visa from the pre agreed memorable word. safezone prevents this complaining that the password it too weak so its impossible to completed the verification process.
