customer service avoidance
« on: February 24, 2016, 06:30:26 PM »
I have attempted to activate my VPN for Iphone and run into a circular loop of prompts without success of activation. Calls are deflected by the operators at the phone number on the confirmation email:
"Call us 1-866-951-7679 (toll-free from US). We are happy to help you with any technical issue."
They are not "happy to help", in fact they deflect any requests for assistance to a website that does not offer any constructive solutions or resolution. This apparently is the new business model of rapacious consumer interaction. Demand the consumer resolve the problems in hopes that they will just go away. Oh right, I can express muyself with some silly childish emoticons. What crap.

This forum is for the MAC edition of avast, not for SecureLine (VPN) and not for iOS.
