Unable to make a connection

I installed SecureLine on my LG G4 running Android 6.latest yesterday because Avast Mobile Security labels the guest network where I am currently working as unsafe.

So far I have not seen SecureLine connect to anything although it has tried a lot. What can I do to find out what is wrong?

Hello ebbe.

This behavior is typical when the network is restricted in a way that SecureLine cannot establish secure connection (f.e. blocked ports). Another option is that the guest network you are trying to connect has a login page (something similar to McDonald`s hotspots). In that case once you log in, the internet connection is unlocked and SecureLine will try to establish secured connection again.
