We have used avast enterprise administration console for a few years now and it has run on two different servers. The entire time we have used this software the service on the server seems to crash. When this happens I am unable to log into the console on the server, and clients do not receive license file updates when it is time to renew. I have not found a way to resolve this issue other than reboot the server. Then later in the day the service crashes again. I have tried restarting the service itself but have not found this to be successful. Has anyone else come across this problem that could offer a solution? Currently we are running version Build Nov2015 (8.0.378)
