IS Bug: Tray icon does not restore if Explorer crashes

Windows 8.1, not sure about other windows versions.

Tray icon does not restore if Explorer crashes or you have to restart it for some reason. That means you have to reboot to get the icon back.

I'd suggest that you find out what's crashing explorer. That's your real problem that needs to be solved. :)
