Avast Passwords in Opera
« on: March 13, 2016, 02:25:27 PM »
Hello!
I've been using Avast Free for some years... I'd like to ask you if will be there any possibility to add Avast Passwords addon in Opera browser. There is only Avast Security for Opera, but I'd like to see Avast Passwords as well... As soon as it uses Chromium as its base, it will be easy enough to make it possible...
Thanks a lot!

The problem is that Avast does not detect it! In option menu under "Integrate to browser", there is no Opera in order to install the extension, so I installed the addon manually with pam.crx file, but the icon inside Opera is grey and cannot synchronize it with Avast. Please check it to enhance the compatibility of this...
Thank you a lot!

Did you read the link I gave you ?
Currently Passwords is available for Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers.
Opera and Google Chrome on Android phones.
Apple Safari on iPhones are also supported.

Oops!! Sorry! You're right!! I didn't read it well enough... So, will it support Opera in near future?
Thank you a lot!

You're not the first one who didn't read it properly.
Better in my opinion would be if avast put it like this :
Quote
Windows : Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer
Android : Opera, Google Chrome
iPhones : Apple Safari
