I can't locate what you listed on my system.

Version: 11.1.2253 (If that makes sense).
The location is: C:/programfiles/AVAST software/Avast.
The spelling is correct, in the description of the process it says "Windows 10 Start menu helper".

Just a guess, but perhaps it has to do with upgrading to Windows 10 and not doing a clean installation.

I've reported it to Avast. Let's wait for an answer from them. :)

Can be. I didn't do it when I upgraded. Off-topic here now a bit, but do you think I should just so I remove everything from Windows 7?

No need trying to fix something if nothing is broken I would say at this moment  ;)

Mhm, just been feeling anxious a lot today concerning computer safety :P, been doing clean up and one program wouldn't uninstall so I manually deleted every single file. Wasn't on the C: disk though and I'm just scared my computer has taken any damage from it.

It's not really a matter of space on the SSD or HDD, but more to remove any unwanted files that may be malicious from when I had Windows 7. Also I would like to keep my Windows 7 files as "backup".

Extra information: I noticed this process after I uninstalled a skinpack program I used on Windows 7.
