[11.1.2256] Welcome window cannot be closed

Hello all,


after updating avast to 11.1.2255 from 11.1.2254, I got a welcome window (image attached) and cannot close it.
How many times I clicked the orange button saying "Close this window and continue", nothing happens.
This also happened with 11.1.2254.

Avast Pro 11.1.2255
Windows 7 SP1 64bit

Edit: the issue is still there with 11.1.2256 and thus the title is changed.

You could try another reboot.

Updated to 11.1.2256 from 2255.
Got the welcome window again. Close button did not work.

First reboot and it was still there.
Second reboot and it was still there.
Tried third reboot and it has finally gone.

I dumped AvastUI.exe twice and uploaded it to avast FTP.
It contains two files, AvastUI.exe (1).dmp and AvastUI.exe (2).dmp, these are dump files from first and second reboot respectively.
Filename: NON_AvastUI.exe.7z

Hi Non, probably specific to your language, no problem in the German version.
