Retirar meu site da lista negra

Boa tarde,

tem recebecido de vários clientes que quando entram no site de minha empresa e recebem e-mail do nosso dominio, o Avast acusa vírus.
verifiquei nosso site com várias ferramentas e nenhum vírus foi encontrado.
por favor reitrem nosso dominio e site da lista negra do Avast.

Nosso site é:
www.frutiflora.com.br

So they can blacklist it just because of that, even though there were no malware detected?
I mean...most people use shared hosting. What´s the best way to solve this?

Best thing to do is shared hosting.

I have asked someone from avast to have a look.
If nothing suspicious/malicious is found on your site, avast will remove the block for it.

como na maioria dos casos que era resolvido pelos nossos vírus analista ou equipe do vírus lab que estão ativos neste fórum.Mudamos isso aqui,para resolver você deve entrar em contato com suporte.
Eu tenho recebido 2 notificações para não solucionar este problema

It is currently night in Europe, so the people from avast are sleeping (or at least they should now)  ;D
I can't promise anything ofcourse, but normally you will get a reaction from avast here in this thread within the 24 hours.
Just have some patience.

It was blocked 3 years ago due to malware here: frutiflora.com.br/images/document_02012013.zip
I am now unblocking the domain ;)!

O site foi desbloqueado conforme o analista disse  sobre malware neste arquivo zip

já foi desbloqueado e alguns serviços estão sendo feito automaticamente mesmo sem a minha ausência.
