File Shield activity display
« on: March 31, 2016, 12:58:30 AM »
New user. "File Shield Activity" display shows a parade of gray bars marching across the screen. The height varies, and mouseover produces a message like "scanned items 9".

underneath it shows "Scanned Files 14419" (actual number increases continually.), and also
"Infected Files :1"

Someone took some trouble to put this together, and it thinks it is telling me something interesting. However, I can't find any info that tells me what is going on here, or anything about the "Infected File".

Is there a manual someplace that would explain this.?

The shield graphs show "real time" graphs of scanned files, every column is "scanned files per second".
The time goes from right to left, i.e. the last second ist the rightmost column.

If there is an infected file, it will get a red column. The numbers (scanned files; infected files) are the totals
since shield start. If you have a non-zero "infected files" count, then you should have info about that infection
in the "history" part of the info page.
