Validation password lost

When I try to change things on my PC a window pops up to validation I can't remember the password what do I do? How do I fix this ?

As has been explained many times, you need to perform a clean installation of avast.

Eddy, You could have saved yourself a lot of time and effort, plus not annoy someone coming to the forums seeking help, by just give the requested information.

Another option worth a try first:
Lost, Forgotten (or didn't set) Pasword and avast is calling for a password.

Ordinarilly this would entail reinstalliung avast, you may be able to remove a file C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\aswresp.dat. Before you can delete it you would need to disable the avast self-defence module. AvastUI > Settings > Troubleshooting.

If that doesn't work you would need to boot into safe mode, where avast doesn't start and remove it.
