Can't run Avast Pro

I'm using Avast Pro and have a valid paid for license.  A short time ago I got a message that my system is not secure.  I tried to run Avast but it won't run and won't update or download anything, program or definitions. I get a message about No endpoints from the endpoint mapper.  Anyone know how I can get to download the program.  I see 3 downloads, but non listed as pro version.  Thanks for any help.

1. Download Avast Pro Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.
