So do you think I can get a answer to why I went and reinstalled my PC because it was sending a broadcast ARP every 10 seconds?
Ok maybe I skipped as to why I'm not happy and why I'm posting so few days ago I was running Wireshark and found it was doing a ARP to the gateway every 10 second so I uninstalled and reinstalled the NIC and reset TCP/IP tried everything still ARP every 10 seconds and thought ok time for a reinstall so I did which fixed the problems.
Installed a old Avast .exe and did a custom install with just file shield and software updater it did lots of updates and a reboot then another update happened I delayed this for a bit before rebooting.
Guess what happened? No really have a guess my Pc is doing ARP every 10 seconds again and this safeZone browser got installed not that I asked for it to be installed because the old .exe I installed from never had that option. So what do you know that is whats causing it yes you might think why it should but it does.
So why Avast why?
