Hi Asyn, thanks. Yes, I did this previously and now again, didn't help. I then dug out my old laptop that I discharged last year which had an older avast version on it. There the vpn worked fine. After updating to the current version on that old laptop the VPN and other functions don't work anymore.

I submitted a ticket yesterday and just updated it with the follow-up info on what I did since then. Fingers crossed that help is coming ...

This isn't an issue with SecureLine but an issue with our IPM (in product messaging).  Please post back here is you don't hear from support with another 24 hours and I will escalate it.
