Avast bloqueando sites

Bom dia. Tenho o Avast Premier 2016. E depois de uma atualizacao(não me lembro qual) eu não consigo acessar alguns sites, e não consigo jogar na Steam corretamente.  Se eu desativar o Avast consigo fazer tudo normalmente.

O que posso fazer para resolver?

Without knowing more we can't tell how to solve it/how it needs to be solved.
For steam, it can be a firewall setting, a FP or a (small) bug, a wrong setting etc.
For the sites it can be better detection of malicious things, a fp, a (small) bug etc.

What exact version of avast ?
What OS/SP ?
Is (or has there been) other security (related) software installed ?
What part of avast is blocking steam ?
What is the message you get when you can't access a site?
etc

Portuguese: Se eu desativar o Avast a Steam volta a funcionar NORMALMENTE. O problema está no Avast pois isso ocorreu depois de uma atualização.

Meu avast é o Premier 2016.(vai acabar só em 2017)
Meu windows é o 10 Pro 64Bits.

O avast bloqueia sites como deixa os sites lento(demorando pra carregar), e na Steam, demora pra carregar ou nem carrega, durante jogos, eu fico com ping alto e sem mostra os nick dos adversários.

A mensagem que dá nos sites que que os sites não existem ou não está disponivel. Se eu desativar o Avast o site carrega normalmente.

Avast blocks sites like leaves the slow sites (taking to load), and Steam, takes to load or not load during games, I get high ping and without showing the nickname of the opponents.

The message gives the sites that the sites do not exist or are not available. If I disable the Avast website loads normally.

Portuguese: Eu desinstalei o Avast Premier e instalei o Avast Free e o problema voltou ao normal, consigo acessar sites normalmente e  a Steam normalmente também.

English: I uninstalled Avast Premier and installed Avast Free and the problem is back to normal, I can access websites normally and usually Steam too.

This sounds like a firewall problem to me.

Portuguese: Já enviei e pediram pra desinstalar  e usar o avast clear e depois instalar de volta. Eu desisti de usar o Avast Premier, vou usar o Windows Defender mesmo, estou usando ele agora e esta funcionando perfeitamente.
