I don't find Advanced Search ...

Its real easy to find 'when you know how.' Just click the Search button at the top of the page leaving the field empty. It then gives an option for advanced search.

But clicking the Search in the Menu Options that is essentially the advanced search but you need to expand the 'Choose a board to search in, or search all.' There you can chose only forums you want to search.

The best antivirus is your brain + sandboxie =)

Unfortunately for many that simply isn't enough.
