Windows message firewall disabled (avast tells me its enabled)

Hello there

my windows tells me that i have no firewall active

but when i open avast it tells me its active

if i give windows the command to use avast firewall the message stays and it not working ?

- Which version of Avast Premier..?
- OS..? (32/64 Bit..? - which SP/Build..?)
- Other security related software installed..?
- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast..?
