where is the "previous session" file located?
« on: April 27, 2016, 12:36:02 AM »
i had 5 windows open with multiple tabs in all of them. my computer crashed and safezone didnt restore my previous session, so i seem to have lost all my previous sessions tabs.

i have encountered this before with Google Chrome and restored the session by locating the "last session" file.

i cant find where avast safezones user directory is though, where is it located?

where can the "previous session" file?

Who says that there is such a file/option/folder?
Not all browsers have the option to restore a previous session.
It also depends on what was happeining on the system when it crashed if a previous session can be restored.

I suggest you have a look at the FAQ to see if it mention sssomething like session restore.

i checked the FAQ and there is nomention of this.

i just assumed that since the safezone browser gives you the option of restoring tabs where you left off or start a new page that there would be such a file somewhere. Or else where would safezone save the previous sessions tabs information in order to let the user start off where they left?

Also can ypou save your bookmarks in safezone like you can in Chrome and Firefox?

I also had a hard time finding this information, so even though you probably don't need this already, I'll still post it to help those who might stumble across this thread.
Avast SafeZone folder is located here: C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\SZBrowser
