The same problem continues now for two more days. It seems, that the avast program wants the my PC 20 minutes every day after start up. The process is called AvastSvc.exe described as avast! Service. I have discovered the following during these 20 minutes:

1) If I restart the PC while this process is active, the problem continues after this again.
2) If I restart the PC after this process has finished, the PC will not be occupied by this avast process. So it seems like it is only once within a 24 hour period
3) I can start the MS browser during this - its actually the one I use now while this do happen
4) There seems to be some small constant network activity. The CPU is used 100 %
5) I cannot start the Avast UI. However aften the 20 period the Avast UI will open.
6) All other PC programs runs very slow.

Please help

- Still no reply or ways to combat this problem. I have successfully used Avast for 10 years, but I suppose I need another antivirus supplier now.

I believe this file contains security information regarding my PC, and it could be a hazard to publish this file ID to a public forum. So I shall try to forward the ID to "Be Secure" in a private message.

The Number of the report itself contains no security information only something Avast uses to identify the user who sent it.

The ID is actually a part of the file name uploaded, I shan't say which bit, but avast should know.

Thank you guys! I shall be happy to receive some hints from avast on the problem.

I did made a system reset by installing windows 7 on my PC 4 years ago. Perhaps I need to make a system reset and formatting my SSD C drive. Most of my data is on other drives, but based on previous experience it takes me some days to make my PC as I like it after a such a reset.

Anyone notice lately that Full system scans seem to randomly RESTART a new SCAN after finish it initial scan?

Once day run manual fullscan it usual take about 15 minutes, and I been notice come back to the PC the scan is at 0% again, I fiqured the % was getting bugged , but I then check scan history and sure enough there logs of  2nd fullscan happen right after the initial one

NEW VERSION: 2016.11.2.2262 - emails blocked
« Reply #103 on: June 17, 2016, 06:15:23 AM »
I have version 2262 using Win 10 64.  Avast blocks my email - in and out.  I have followed the advise on a different fourm to clear ports marked in Avast troubleshooting section.  Seems to work then, but upon reactivation, the problem recurs.  not happy!

Bitte Fehler schnell beheben!!
Viele Grüße
