Cannot install avast in a new computer windows 10

Hi ,
when i try to install avast antivirus software i receive a error and it was not installing, please see below the log details for your ref... kindly advise what should be done.

If it's a new computer have you removed the pre-installed AV the system comes with?

Also where did you download the version of Avast you're trying to install? the latest version is 11.2.2262 where the version you have is 11.2.2738
