i have the same problem, they wont ever cancel autorenew, even after i get the email saying they will, I HATE THIS COMPANY for that reason, one product i cant even get to work has autornewed for 2 years now and i cant even use it. I warn everybody i know not to trust them to fix this stuff, so dishonest.
