Autorun.inf

I inserted my sister's friend's USB (holding my nose and against my better judgment) and the following scan log is the result. Should I worry about the autorun.inf file (16 bytes) that I can't take ownership of and thus can't scan with Avast or virustotal.com?
Or should I rest assured that MCShield did whatever needs to be done and the USB is now clean?

(I'll only have the USB tonight to do any further testing.)

Thank you.

=> Malicious folders : 2/2 deleted.

Yes   ;)

In case you dont know. MCShield only scan root of the drive and only target those types of malware that use removable drives to spread. So scanning files on the drive is for your AV to do

Is it normal for a autorun.inf file (16 bytes) to not be accessible or have the ability to take ownership of?
On the flip side, if my computer has no access to it, does that mean it can not execute on my computer?
