Google Chrome Malware?

Hello Avast Users, Recently.. I've been having issues using chrome.. not any technical issues but i've been getting very frequent infection pop ups..
when I go onto about 50% of the websites, I go to.. 

This is what pop's up. It's this same infection everytime, I load a page.. on these websites. trusted websites like news websites..



and It's become bothersome.. I've ran a full system scan & boot-time scan, I've used super-anti spyware.. program and also malware bytes..
which did find some PUP malware viruses...  and I removed the viruses.. yet, I still get these infection pop ups.. after I reboot my computer.

So, can anyone help me please?

PUP are not virus. PUP = Possible Unwanted Program
