In the window that appeared after the computer boot noted that computers start lasts 19,108 seconds.
The problem may be that the computer was running after "boot-time scan", and then after some time went into sleep mode.

19108 seconds. - Even with a comma (which isn't a decimal point), the figure is the same 19 thousand, 1 hundred (and), 08seconds.

A comma is commonly used to indicate groups of 1 thousand, in that 19,108 seconds. etc. is indicating 19 thousand 1 hundred and 08 seconds.

You need to buy a new calculator as yours is clearly broken.

Please stop splitting hairs. The OP clearly knows what he entered and meant, I rather doubt he would be overly concerned if the time delay to go into sleep mode was only 1/3rd of a minute.
