Hi,
Cleanup needs access to your storage to be able to clean it. What specific permission are you talking about?
Do you mean that you have to grant this permission every time you start Cleanup? Please clarify that.

Yes. It asks every time. And on the main screen it constantly shows Grant permission.

EDIT:
Excuse me. I'm actually referring to the Avast Battery Saver application. But sounds like it can fit here too.
