Avast scanning past 100% (15hrs)

Hi there

Do I need to manually stop Avast from scanning? The progress bar has hit 100% but it is still going?

Also it says there is 1 infection, but it's not appearing in the Virus chest.

And 108 files were unable to be scanned. Is that a lot?

Someone tried to access my Facebook account, so I thought I'd make sure I had no spyware with a Malware and Avast scan.
