I tried Microsoft malicious removal tool /the latest version/ and it seems the malware has removed. Tool reported that four files had infected. Scanning with SpyHunter showed that infections is removed.
I temporally changed antivirus protection. I am using now  F-secure. Avast Antivirus Free is very widely spread and I will be glad if Avast is able to remove this malware.
I wrote to Avast Antivirus lab because Avast Antivirus hadn't been able to remove malware for months. I am intending to upload to Avast FTP Macrium Reflect hard disk images with infected Windows. It size 5-6 GB. I like destroying malware.

Macrium reflect Hard disk image I uploaded to Avast FTP.
Malware is able to set antivirus blocking rules.
SpyHunter detects registry changes caused by malware.
I do not able to isolate malware files, because I am not able to find them.
