I just installed Avast a couple of days ago. Upon restart (which didn't happen until the day after  my first full scan of my computer) I noticed that my scroll of my track pad was reversed and back to default. A day later I noticed that rather than showing my user name on the upper right corner of my computer - it is now showing my full name.

No biggie - all these things are easy to change back. But nevertheless a bit spooky. Could it be Avast that has changed these settings? (I am the only user of this computer) Or is my computer hi-jacked by someone? (why I installed Avast in the first place was because I got a weird pop-up window while browsing. Even though the full scan didn't show any infected items - could that be the reason?)

*paranoid*  :-\

Hi,
We definitely do not change the scroll direction or the way how the login info is displayed in OS X.
