[HELP] Deleted My Old Account and cant turn off automatic renewal

hi I am trying to cancle my automatic renewal of my account but I'm having a lot of problems.

I unregistered from avast ages ago after it negatively affected my pc. but it has sent me an email saying it has automatically renewed premium I checked my bank account and have seen the payment has been taken. when I try to login to the avast site to cancel it it says wrong password. when I try to recover my password it says that the email isn't linked to any account, But it clearly is as I am recieveing the email from them on the same address and I don't use any other email addresses.


can I please get some help to solve this

Just sent Avast a request to refund their last money grab from my credit card after I cancelled service 2 years ago and have not activated any licenses since.  Let's see if they are good about customer service.
