NO PUEDO INCORPORAR LA LICENCIA

HOLA : Tenía instalado AVAST con la licencia renovada, y debí formatear la PC. Quise cargar nuevamente la versión, pero me pedía que aceptara la versión paga. Como tengo la renovación automática temí que me lo cobraran dos veces, y cargue la versión gratuita, que está para vencer y no puedo ingresar los datos de la licencia, porque nuevamente me lleva a la página donde debo aceptar u8n nuevo pago que no haré porque tengo licencia paga por 11 meses. Por favor me pueden ayudar. GRACIAS

Cuando la recibas, solo haz doble click sobre la licencia, o copia el código de activation.

HOLA: Ya he solicitado el envío, lo he recibido y lo active: cargo todo hasta que me apareció un mensaje donde me dice que no cargo Chrome, le dí a ACEPTAR y terminó la carga, y se reinició la PC. Hoy al encenderla, vuelve el mensaje que la versión gratuita está vencida y que no tengo protección, volví  activar el archivo enviado por Uds. , se repitió todo nuevamente y SIGO CON AVAST DESACTIVADO......POR FAVOR NECESITO UNA SOLUCIÓN URGENTE PORQUE USO INTERNET PARA MI TRABAJO.

Dando todos mis datos me enviaron un codigo de activacion luego de decirme que tenia licencia paga otorgada. Cuando introduzco el código de activación en los casilleros, me responde que el código esta caducado. Creo que el problema surge porque la licencia que caduco es la gratis y me vuelven a dar el codigo de esta. PARECE QUE NO TENGO SOLUCION, DEBERE ANULAR LA RENOVACION AUTOMÁTICA, PERDER EL PAGO QUE HICE, ELIMINAR AVAST DE MI PC, Y SUSCRIBIRME A OTRO ANTIVIRUS QUE ME DE RESPUESTA. Son muchas horas invertidas en buscar una solucion que no me corresponde,
porque habiendo recibido la licencia, con solo un click debería instalarse.....ESTOY DESILUCIONADO.

No encontré ningun tiquet tuyo en nuestro sistema.


De todos modos, quizás sea bueno que intentes reinstalar Avast
Desinstalalo usando la herramienta de desinstalación http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avastclear.exe
y luego instalas la última versión de Avast Internet Security https://www.avast.com/es-es/download-thank-you.php?product=ISE

Procedí de acuerdo a las instrucciones para desinstalar, y luego sale un mensaje que me dice que no se pudo desinstalar y me da un informe de errores que copio a continuación :

HOLA : Al observar la falta de respuesta, me doy cuenta que no tengo la esperanza de solucionar mi problema - Agradezco a los integrantes del foro, que se preocuparon por el tema, pero entiendo que este problema escapa al conocimiento promedio, y por lo visto supera al servicio técnico de Avasat, y lo considero lamentable. Yo lo hago así:

Doble click en el archivo de licencia, seguir las instrucciones y el Avast queda activado, más fácil imposible.
