I can't find my device

I instaled Avast anti theft.
I can't find my device on the web site.
I checked the sets on the account avast but I don't find where is the problem.
Could you anybody help me?

I checked, I am logged but, I don't able to found my device.
When I pressed the buton to locate my device nothing happens.
What can I do to solve this issue?

If the device is listed in your account, the only thing you can do is keep trying.
If it keeps failing avast need to take a look at it > https://support.avast.com

I solved the problem.
I noticed that the app anti theft wasn't set to start with Android.
After set it to start with Android I can find my device.

Same problem..how did you manage to set applycation to start with android?it requirers pin code ever time so its impossible to autostart it..

now it rights "command loation successfull" but in commands it doesnt show location..only page "find" whats wrong??
