Cant boot my XP, stops on aswRvrt.sys

Hello!
Cant boot into my XP this morning...
When i try to boot into safemode it stops on aswRvrt.sys.

I read some posts about it and here is FRST.txt what I made, but I dont use "OTLPENet.exe", I use my own LiveCD.

Now I am afraid what it can happen on all our company computers... Because it is second time then I get with this problem... Last time I reinstall OS, because it was my home computer, but if it starts happen with business versions of avast, I cant reinstall all company computers...

Since you are using a business edition, did you deploy avast to the client through the console ?

No we install avast clients locally, but use console created package...

Initially we will try a system restore

Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location (USB) as FRST
Start FRST and press fix
On completion try a normal boot

About hour ago I try again "Last known good configuration", and in this time it works... In morning that dont work... But I afraid what that will happen again then I restart PC, then i will try your method with that fixit.txt, thanks so far!
