Updating device informativo on my Avast website?

Hello guys!

Some Windows 8 and Windows 10 debugger devices are not updating its stats to my Avast website every 24 hrs as should be, even being online almost everyday...

Sometimes it takes more than a month to update the information to my Avast website...

It only updates if I restart the computer or if the computer is online more than 24 hours in a row or if fast boot is disabled...

Is there a way to fix it without disabling the fast boot on windows ?
