Resuming Free Premium

Hello,

i have problems to resume my free avast premium trail...

I did try it with bank authorization and with my credit card...in both cases that happens:



The authorization failed...

I need support

And even when i want to get back to free modi i can't because the software wan't let me...i am with security atm...

But to be honest your software is good but the payment choices are very customer unfriendly. I try a few things and
now i have bought something i don't want and had to cancel the contract...I am a little bit pissed...
